Conversations at the NextGen Landcare Summit include: building the future of landcare through cross-sectoral partnerships, landcare as an inclusive space (multiculturalism, gender diversity, disability inclusion, neurodiversity), climate anxiety and promoting mental health and wellbeing, strengthening youth involvement and intergenerational knowledge sharing, inspiring stories of innovation, resilience, and leadership in landcare, career development, succession planning, First Nations Cultural connection and succession, engaging young people in landcare in remote areas, barriers and opportunities to engaging young people, the changing use of technology in landcare including social media, and trends and motivations for young people to volunteer.
